I signed up with this company thinking it was my lender. They lie to you. I need to pay a % per mounts to the company. When I wanted to cancel the service they charge to me a bi-weekly payment for cancel the contract, never they told me this before!!!
After reading these posts I can say I am proud of myself for not falling for this scam. Do your research people! Also check out this site: ripoffreport.com...you will see we are not alone!
This business doesn't even deserve 1 star. They lie to you and the customer service is very bad! Plus they take half of your mortgage as their fee and don't even tell you before! I thought they are from the lender because it came in the same envelope with stuff from the lender! Don't sign up! It's a scam!
I signed up with this company thinking it was my lender. When I called to opt out of the program they told me it would be $730 dollars for no services completed. This may be for some but not myself but they have stolen hard earned money. I have difficulty paying my mortgage as it is and you are going to take 730 $. I would like this company to look at its ethics!!
I recieved a letter from nationwide biweekly administration and knew about biweekly before. I called them and decided to try it out, since it would save me some money. I have been paying on it for some quite time and not only is it easier to pay, but in the long run i'm saving years as well. Overall everything is good
