I tried to use them and when they sent me a link to pay the deposit it didn't work for that. Instead, the link forced me to generate a whole nother quote . The quote was then $100 less than the first quote was. I then had to call them to pay the deposit but they would not honor the last quote. It was all kind of rinky dink so I chose not to use them. They need to fix their website functions!
I am been a repeat Client at this company. They have consistently been the most economical company to use. However, I have been most impressed by the excellent care they have taken of me and my shipments. From door to door, everything is meticulously planned and executed! Could not recommend more highly!!!
This was the most unprofessional experience. The communication was poor and the process was not completely explained. Some parts of the experience that were poor was the point of contact I had with the company. He spoke English but it was so poor that it was not understandable. Unfortunately believed the A+ rating by the BBB, definitely inaccurate. These people are complete scam artist. They quoted me a price and I accept it. I asked the representative multiple times if the price was concrete and he said yes. I asked if it would fluctuate just so I can make allowances and he said no. The quoted price is the quoted price.
