Unfortunately believed the A+ rating by the BBB, definitely inaccurate. These people are complete scam artist. They quoted me a price and I accept it. I asked the representative multiple times if the price was concrete and he said yes. I asked if it would fluctuate just so I can make allowances and he said no. The quoted price is the quoted price.
