They price-gouge during winter storms, taking advantage of people who get stranded 200+ miles from home. They tried to charge $100 for a simple $20 service. I called every other repair shop on the street. They all charge $20 for the service, but Tuffy was the only place with availability. They took advantage of me because they knew I needed the service to get home safely.
RecommendedI am highly impressed with tuffy on bay road. They are fast, professional, and HONEST. I brought my car here to get a sensor light off and decided to also get a brake inspection. I was told I needed a $800 brake job by another local auto center. I came to tuffy for a second opinion and was told otherwise. Thank you tuffy for such a great experience. I will be back and you now have my business.

The two guys I just worked with were awesome! Thank you for "Paying It Forward" when another "Complete Auto Repair" brushed me off and couldn't be bothered to take 2 minutes to even look at what turned out to be a very simple fix. I'd recommend this location any day!
