This place is extremely unprofessional. They came to my school 6 weeks ago, I got my exam done and was picking out new frames. They told me 4_5 weeks, it's been over 6. I have left 2 voicemaiks (calling while they were open) and never got a call back. I called today and they hung up, I called again and no answer so I left a voice mail and email. When my school called them they said my frames weren't in tge lab, at this time it had been 4 weeks into getting my frames sent in. I would not recommend this place at all, irrespons... read more

Nation’s Vision is an incompetent and irresponsible office. They checked our eyes six months ago and provided glasses based on prescriptions from the CCIS center. However, after six months, they have only made one pair of glasses, and it’s the wrong one. The second pair hasn’t been made at all, despite taking payment from our health card. When I tried to return the glasses, they refused, citing no return policy. After several months, I only received one pair, and it was incorrect.
