I can already tell by the reviews this company doesn't care enough to check them or respond to their clients. Obviously not professional nor do they care enough about people in general when it comes to business. I would highly suggest you select a different closing company than deal with these incompetent, unprofessional people over at National. I understand they're cheap and affordable but that's cheap and affordable for a reason
Not a great experience! I've been through over 150 real estate closings and usually the experience is positive. But when you ask for the wiring instructions 4 times, and keep getting put off because Nicole is busy , and does them as they are stacked on her desk it's kind of frustrating. I finally got the wire instructions and had to squeeze it in before my flight the next day. No loan involved ALL CASH DEAL and I offered to send extra funds just to get it done. Very unprofessional. My mother provided my husband and I with a down payment on a home with the condition that my name was to be added to the title at closing. That never ended up happening. We have continued to contact Nicole to get my name onto the title but all of our emails and contacts have been either ignored or met with a response that she doesn't have time for us. She was quick to accept her money at closing but not quick to do anything else that pertains to her job.
If you are looking for incompetent service and to be neglected, this is your agency! This agency has been less than helpful and has made my experience of buying a home an absolute nightmare. First they lost our title and never let us know. We were supposed to close March 14, and STILL HAVE NOT CLOSED and have received no updates or communication without diligently seeking it ourselves.
