I can already tell by the reviews this company doesn't care enough to check them or respond to their clients. Obviously not professional nor do they care enough about people in general when it comes to business. I would highly suggest you select a different closing company than deal with these incompetent, unprofessional people over at National. I understand they're cheap and affordable but that's cheap and affordable for a reason
Not a great experience! I've been through over 150 real estate closings and usually the experience is positive. But when you ask for the wiring instructions 4 times, and keep getting put off because Nicole is busy , and does them as they are stacked on her desk it's kind of frustrating. I finally got the wire instructions and had to squeeze it in before my flight the next day. No loan involved ALL CASH DEAL and I offered to send extra funds just to get it done.
