I have been doing my Taxes with Nations for years. I have never had a bad experience until Augustina Ramos prepared my taxes, not only did she make several mistakes on my taxes, she was also extremely rude, was not helpful and hung up the phone on me. In my personal opinion she is not a good fit for the company.
The agent are disrespectful and they do not respect people’s time or confirmed appointments.
