How is it that I've never been seen or made an appointment with this business but I received a $500.00 no show fee? They've never called or emailed me regarding an appointment. And whenever I tried calling them, they NEVER answered the phone. To make things worse, the date on the bill dated back in April 2019, which their business was not even open! They're trying to scam people of out their money but im not having it.

They keep sending me a bill that was already paid. I sent them emails and phone calls with no response....

I have had a difficult time dealing with Nations administratively. Their Staff and techs are friendly and professional, but it was extremely difficult to get in touch with their office staff during daytime business hours. In order to get my first and second sets of results, it took over a month in both cases in spite of calling them 4-5 times to remind them. Run far away. They are awful. They keep sending us a bill for services never provided. We have tried calling and emailing numerous times and have never gotten any response. But they keep sending the bill. Paid it to just make it end and guess what.. they STILL keep sending the bill and now saying it’s 60 days late. Worst company we have ever dealt with. I’m stuck paying It again because clearly they won’t fix it and all it’s going to do is be a ding on our credit report. It’s a never ending nightmare.

During my stint with Nations Sleep Disorders, the workers rarely answered the phone during working hours and did not return calls or respond to voicemail.
