Wrong product sent 3x and have been dealing with this issue for 6 weeks. I ordered a USB Drives Contemporary Metal 16GB on 7-23. After receiving it and realizing it was an 8gb drive I called customer service. After not hearing back from customer service I filled out the form on their website on 8-3. Nations Photo Lab is a sea of calm in the tumultuous ocean of online print resources. I have ordered at least 30 professional quality photo prints in both canvas and lustre paper. Every single one has been absolutely perfect. Their online customer service chat feature is always useful if you need anything. The quality of the prints is top tier. The one thing I will say is that if they are having a big sale (50% off canvas prints) expect delivery to take much longer than their normal one week of production then ship. Even so ... read more
