I was charged 365.00 on 7/25/24 for an appraisal that if Nations Mortgage, LLC could not get the value out of my home to make the appropriate deal as promised then I would not be charged. Nations Mortgage, LLC was not able to get the value they had promised and as a result the deal could not go through. When I approached Anthony, the gentleman I was working with he changed the story and said that this was a gamble and that I was out the money.
