Benjamin is very good at explaining the process and he is very knowledgeable. He responded very fast when I had concerns or questions. I really enjoyed the relationship we developed as it pertained to securing the loan. I gave me a good feeling he was working for me. He showed that by securing a lower interest rate when the rates fell. He could have easily ignored the change in the rates. I would have never known that that was option. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to everyone!!!
