My experience with Sara at Nation's Blinds was very good. I gave her what I wanted and the approximate size of each window, received an estimate without any hidden fees. I accepted, Abbas came to measure, Sara sent a detailed email confirming everything again, paid the deposit and I have my shades up within 3-4 weeks. We did not have a good experience with this vendor, despite the many rave reviews. Initial contact was fine via email. The installer insisted on phone to schedule, offered a single one-hour window, which I confirmed, only to have him arrive late when I was in a meeting. Rather than own this mistake, the business suggested that I was at fault and that I would have to pay for any future visits.
