If you guys only knew how she treats her employees like dogs! She’s overpriced and the classes aren’t fulfilling. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy! Extremely difficult to work with and very self centered. Puts on a good Christian front but totally different behind closed doors. Has her own kids leave reviews. Employees here have about a 2-3 week lifespan. She’s rude, has a high turnover rate. I’m not even sure her instructors know what they’re doing. I would give negative stars if it were possible. 👎🏻

I called the one number I could find on the emails and was advised to "knock really loud" on the glass front doors when the nearest office door past them was 20 feet away. I was finally able to slip in when someone exited. When I asked the woman on the phone if I would be allowed in the class she basically said she didn't know and I might have to get rescheduled. Bre and Stacey, the instructor, went above and beyond to help me with the situation I was in. I called on Thursday, had Pediatric First Aid and CPR training scheduled for Sunday. Stacey called to confirm everything and told me what email to expect. In my 30 years of being in childcare, Stacey was outstanding and PQAS qualified! Good voice inflection to keep the training interesting, kept t... read more

Save yourself and go through Red Cross directly!!! I scheduled (at my business) and paid for 9 of my employees (and myself) to get certified despite all of the terrible reviews I read beforehand. They require a 5 person minimum for you to hold the class at your location (we had 9 but one got Covid)... Although the contact, Angie, and the instructor, Richard, were great, Nation’s Best policies and inability to help reschedule or refund someone who got Covid (and sent proof of positive test) is unacceptable. My employee would’... read more
