Warning you all to never use this title company for your home loan. I’ve never seen so many basic mistakes and lack of follow up to correct the issues they caused during a closing. Unprofessional especially considering how my bank was the one who hired them.
UPDATE: After multiple calls and emails and having to continuously explain they never wrote my check for school taxes, they finally did. I am leaving the original review for future consumers to be aware. ORIGINAL: They stole the school taxes I paid at closing on my property. Never paid my township. Won't contact me back. I called, of course no one is available to answer a call and it auto disconnects. I emailed, no response. Im basically paying twice on my taxes because of this incompetent company.
