Purchased a door for $800 sight unseen with the assurance it was in good condition, Arrived bent, covered in dents. Reported the damage with no response
Worst experience in ordering car parts from this wreckers, spend 2,800 for car parts plus shipping, should be an easy work for me as I just put it in then drive but it takes me to do too much work and hassle. The parts arrive as a parcel with a damage bonnet as seen in picture, also bonnet has many paint chip which was not mentioned when I ordered it, the door has dent and tail boot glass is broken. Highly recommend this wreckers. Will definitely be back if we need anything more. Great service and great pricing. Even helped us load the parts onto our ute and gave us car mats to make sure the parts didn't scratch on the drive home. Awesome customer service!! Thank you again.
