Rang up chasing a part, told me they had it but the car was on a stack so they would take it off for me. Paid for it over the phone. Was told it would be ready tomorrow... 7 days in a row, to no avail, excuse after excuse. Was told the guys had gone home with 4 business hours left in the day told "all the forklifts are being serviced" Promised a call back and never received, had to chase them up every day for a week.
