good window replacement but customer service not so good Our business van was parked on our street and someone smashed its rear window with a rock overnight. We took it to be replaced at National Auto Glass. We were very happy with how quick they were in replacing the window and getting the vehicle back to us. But we were less than impresses with the customer service we recieved. The service clerk was rude and abrupt from the very first minute that we walked into the reception area. These guys never want to give deals, the tints have bubbles and hairs in it. He never can give a set time either. I’ve taken quite a few cars to them and I wish I hadn’t. Take your business elsewhere and I guarantee you’ll be more happier.
Excellent service, no appointment needed walk-ins accepted. Same hour service, usually only takes about 40-45 minutes for a job well done. Highly recommended for anybody looking to tint their windows as well as other services. The gentleman Alex was great help, definitely bringing more cars in for a job well done and fairly reasonable prices! 5/5!!
I live at the bottom of their street, originally brought my first car here because they were so close..now 6 years later I've brought my last 3 cars here and recommended 15+ cars here. Good prices, good work, quick turnaround time.
