Great group of employees at the store always happy to assist customers highly knowledgeable in plumbing.
Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, very open to helping.
Terrible customer service. I went in to get some parts for a repair and the counter people were standing around bad mouthing someone with another customer instead of tending to people just trying to get there stuff an go.
Counter guys are great! One is a master plumber other is a former HVAC tech, can help with all plumbing and air conditioning needs.
