I rarely post comments, but the salesperson named Charles just offered amazing service and deserves a shout of praise. It is so rare to find someone who is so extremely helpful and who follows through to go out of their way to help a customer so much....even if it takes time to research products and return calls with spot on options and helpful information. Connie sold a tool out from under me and wouldn't make it right. I want her to do the right thing and get the tool back from whom she sold it to!

I walked in looked the worker dude square in the eye couldn't even find the nerve to say hello welcome to NWS he just went to the back so I said aloud "I guess they don't know how to speak around here" mind you it's 11am not busy at all the guy comes back I told him what I need he says be with you in a minute! Ha! I get paid by the job buddy good luck counting hrs the rest of your life 😁
