Reasonable priced, and friendly helpful service
I have had a stove on order with them since June. They are months late at this point and will not push ILVE to deliver my stove. Ruined thanksgiving now going onto Christmas of no stove to cook for my family. Completely unacceptable. If your a dealer then its your responsibility to ensure a product a customer purchased is delivered.
Jennifer is the BEST! If there was a picture by the definition of Customer Service, it would be hers! Highly recommend!
