The only reason I'm giving this place one star is that it wouldn't let me give no stars. I recently called Acorn to ask for someone to replace the batteries in my Superglide 120, and this was the company they told me to call. I got the impression the technician worked alone out of his home. He did bring new batteries, but he had no clue what he was doing. He replaced the batteries, but had no idea how to connect the wires. My lift is currently inoperable at the bottom of my staircase. I just placed a call to a different comp... read more
