My experience was walking in, saying hello twice & looking at the African lady in her eyes & her simply ignoring me. She didn't want to tell me how much my insurance paid. She was trying to rush me to buy. I tried on a few glasses & she was not telling me how much everything would cost individually but just giving me a total price off the top of her head. I ordered my glasses about a month ago and still have not received my order!! I went in for the first time and the two women there just looked at me with attitude and did not communicate with me and did NOT make me feel confident with the glasses I chose. I even asked if she thought the frames looked nice on my face and she just looked at me.
Very bad experience
National Vision Center has been around for over thirty years. They have been providing amazing consistent service during their existence. I have been going there to get annual eye exam for as long as I can remember. it is probably one of the last mom and pop businesses that’s still around today. They provide comprehensive great service and management and staff are caring and friendly. The service is efficient and fast. You can always strike up a conversation as you wait with the staff.
