I would like to thank Michael Barrios for providing such a smooth process for a move from New Hampshire all the way to the Orlando, Florida area. He suggested a Facetime walkaround to give him an idea of how much I would be moving, gave me a fair price, and satisfied my scheduling timeline. Great customer service!!!

We were promised no delays by Dennis Leash, their Sales Director, who assured us they had plenty of trucks and drivers so they will deliver on time. Our belongings were loaded on Feb 21st with a guaranteed delivery no later than March 11th (stated on the contract). They said March 4th is our delivery date. Then they informed us their truck was "broken" with no new delivery date in sight. We are now past our promised delivery window with no resolution. Their compensation? $25 per day.
