Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Ultra nice front man/salesperson who promises the world, lousy sub-contracted moving crew, and a refusal to reimburse claims for SEVERAL DAMAGED ITEMS. To make matters worse, the moving crew only fills 1/4 of a box and fills with padding -- because you are CHARGED BY CUBIC FOOT. Excellent to work with Great communication every step of the way. Quality move.
I have used All Around moving twice. The first time was great, a local move. The second move was out of state and it was terrible. It started with poor communication. I could not get my rep Logan to answer my calls, and all of my items were missing for weeks and no one would tell me where it was. After just over 3 weeks, the semi finally showed up.
