National Van Lines did a superb job moving my mom's belongings from a rural town in northern New York to Virginia. The mover, Jerry, was wonderful, an expert who packed and moved everything with care and stayed in touch throughout the move. I picked NVL after extensive research because it did a virtual evaluation of items to be moved, provided a binding estimate and did not require any payment until the van arrived at the destination. The excellent customer service gives peace of mind. This was our second time using National Van Lines.
Overall the experience was very good. Only issue I had was time from packing and p/u to delivery was lengthy.
Dennis Snyder is an exceptional professional. The care and attention to preparing my furniture for the move was so comforting knowing everything would arrive safe and sound. He took the extra time to protect my home in the area he would be working in as he prepared things for the move. Every piece he had to disassemble he carefully put the screws back in the holes so they would not get lost. Upon delivery he reassembled everything. Positive experience from quote process to move in. D'Angelo and Austin on our move out did a fantastic job and were positive the entire move out. The independent contractors that they sent for our move in were very respectful and professional the entire time. Would recommend National to others.
