This was my first time visiting National Tyres and Autocare in Fenham, and overall, I’m satisfied with the service. I booked an appointment to have my rear tyres replaced through a third-party website, and I was pleased to find a time slot available within just a few days. I arrived at the garage at 8:30 a.m. as scheduled, but the initial experience was a bit confusing. Had my tyres changed and front wheel alignment, got the car and straight away realised the steering is not straight, so I was asked to bring the car back and will get me straight on the ramp straight away. Brought the car back on the day and time agreed and even call in the morning to confirm the slot. Showed up and was told we cannot check your car atm and have to wait for an hour. Definitely not going back again. Although I have to say the staff are polite (hence the 2 star) but not professional.
Quick efficient easy service and mot and good value for money and theability to pay over time
