Visited for information and to book on a Sunday. Team able to sort aircon there and then plus advised on another issue. Everyone cheerful and helpful. Excellent service
Booked tyres and tracking online and signed up for payment assist, a quick and easy process. Having to travel an hour and half to get there i rang to check my tyres were in but the number supplied was just a general haldords number but the guy did check on the system for me. Had problem finding the place as sat nav postcode only search takes you left at the junction to the new university of Worcester arena, so be aware turn right at McDonald's junction. National Tyres and Autocare Worcester Hylton Road Avoid this garage at all costs! I took my car here for an MOT on Friday 14th March. They somehow managed to break it after passing it. Before taking it in, it was running fine, no issues present so was expecting it to pass. It is running better than ever I would admit after a recent service and tyre replacement but after they worked on it, they left it with a serious issue that wasn’t there before.
