I recently had new tyres fitted at the National Tyres branch in Durham . The staff were polite and the process was straightforward. I was able to book my appointment online, and my car was taken in at the scheduled time and the work carried out while I waited. The job was completed within the estimated timeframe, which I appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service.
Terrible place, Staff on the phone to another branch who couldn't stop swearing and then wanted me to leave the car for a whole day just to check the wheel balancing. Please go else where.
