I am so happy with the treatment I received from National Tyres and Autocare. Particularly, I would like to shout out Shauna on front desk. She is so friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference in a time where there is less emphasis on customer service to have an employee give you a pleasant experience and go above and beyond. Shauna is an asset to the company!
I couldn’t get to the garage as I had a flat with no spare but Martyn offered to come along to my address and replace the tyre. Despite having to make more than one journey to and from to get additional tools he completed a very good job
I would avoid at all costs due to poor communication and lack of customer service. As I dropped my car for a damaged tyre and it’s MOT I was told by staff they would fail the MOT if the tyre needed replacement and they needed to order one in, obviously I said this was not acceptable and they should call and let me know if that’s the case as I had time left to sort the tyre before my MOT expired and I didn’t want it showing as a failed test as I have a clear MOT history and plan to sell the car imminently.
