Had my car serviced was national tyres back in July, paid for the full service their top service. However it seems to be national tyres didn’t even service it probably. My car solenoid error had come up and a BMW specialist had inspected the car to determine old oil and old oil filter was still in there. Very disappointing knowing you paid over £300 to not even get an oil or oil filter changed and nearly have your car seriously damaged
Took my car in for its MOT today and the staff were incredibly helpful! Especially Martin who went above and beyond for me. I will be booking my car back in next year :)
