Very friendly - approachable and knowledgeable staff.
It is impossible to give no stars or minus stars. It would be minus stars. As had arrived 4 mins late (2 rugby matches were being played in Cardiff) was rudely & robotically told that my 8.30 slot had moved to 11.00 or there was next Tuesday. Just like that. Cold, no empathy, absolutely zero customer services skills. Did not want to listen to me trying to explain my lateness.
