Came for an MOT, it failed. Had it retested a couple of days later elsewhere and there were only four minor advisories (all now fixed). At least it was free due to the fail but did cost half a day's pay for a waste of time
The staff at Halfords dealt with my problem very efficiently and I would definitely recommend Halfords and will go back
Both the reception & the MOT staff exceeded my expectations, in the first instance by ensuring I was comfortable & in the second by carrying out an adjustment on my beam to get it to pass.
Came in for 2 tyres today and got 2 warranties thanks to this lovely woman called Faith, she was incredibly nice and chatty. Five stars for an excellent service :)
Went in for an oil & filter service and put the cleaner on. They were very kind and welcoming upon entry, kept me informed when needed. Needed work that they couldn’t do but helped me and advised me that best way possible. Would definitely go back again, will be back for my next service!
