Had my MOT done here yesterday and had a lovely experience the staff were all very helpful and professional I was a bit dubious at first with it being a big name company (had some indifferent experiences with other so called big companies) but it was good
Travelled to Newcastle and due to head home (300miles) and had issue with my tyre and couldn't find the fault and was worried about driving so far. They were amazing and went over and above trying to find the fault and help. The lady on the front desk was so kind and helpful as well. Honestly such a nice experience
Excellent service. Caring and friendly staff. Had a bit of a niche issue with tires and wheels and they started work right away on a Saturday afternoon and had everything sorted within about 30 minutes. Would recommend. Good prices too. The manager was very helpful and sound as too
Unplugged my dashcam during the service didn't tell me and I've just found out the hard way. I understand you dont want to be filmed whilst working - neither would I - but at least tell the customer you've done this - or just plug it back in?
