Had a tyre replaced here. Pleased with their job, it was good to see them use a torque wrench and the manager went out to quality check the wheel. I’ve had issues with other garages over tightening the bolts on my old car which can cause issues and be expensive, so good to see National Tyres do it properly! Only negative is their sign in Harrogate needs a refurb, it’s looking a bit sorry.
I booked my car for a A/C diagnostic through Halford on line. My car was booked for 8:30 am on the 16/07/2025. I paid £34.99 on line and it also included a free brake and tyre check ! The closest location for my booking was at National tyres, Ripon road, HG1 2BS. I turned up for my appointment at 8:25 am. I showed the manager my booking for 8:30, but was astonished to find out that they did not have the equipment to regas my A/C. Amazing Experience - friendly, helpful, courteous staff who reassured me they would diagnose the problem and fix even though I didn’t have an appointment. 5***** well deserved. Best customer service ever!!! Well Done Guys!
