Seb and the team are brilliant. Seb is always calm, professional and friendly…..and very knowledgeable. If he’s busy he will still take time to come and have a look at the problem even if it can’t be done there and then. Alex always has a smile on his face and a great positive attitude…always willing to help. The whole team are superb which is why I always use them and recommend them to family and friends. Halfords/Nationwide Autos are lucky to have these guys, as are us customers! Thank you guys!

Had a shock absorber/track rod end replaced at Halfords Garage Services Bedford. ABS light came on immediately after. They denied responsibility, now pursuing Small Claims. Independent garage confirmed sensor wiring was damaged during the work and had to pay another 320£.
So a bit of a mind field with these guys recently, And had a few errors and mishaps from the start of the job. Unfortunately not a lot went right for these guys and ended up with some serious delays and lack of service due to some internal issues… however saying that everything was out right at the end of it all and the result came through at the end. Booked to get a DPF re flush and was told on the phone they would pour the solution through the DPF sensor hole. They poured it into the diesel tank and rang me back 30 minutes later to collect the vehicle. I could have just done that myself if they had been honest. The guy on the reception was extremely rude. I will never use them again.
