Had a dpf flush+diagnostic. Also booked all of the free checks exhaust ect. Picked my car up and asked the man at the desk if everything was ok. Yeah yeah he said. Had the invoice, none of the free checks had been done , then another email to say the appointment had been cancelled.
I ordered a new battery to be fitted at Carmarthen, paid for it online and made an appointment online for the following day. The website suggested that I arrive 10 minutes and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was asked if I was leaving the car with them which I said I was and I would have a walk around the estate. I was told that they would ring me when the car was ready. Great quote however the tyres weren't in stock so ended up going to Kwik fit who were also brilliant. Still recommend this place due to the great quote
Can't fault them, they did what I ask them to do, an Interim service, & kept me informed that I needed a new Battery & tyre sealant, so went ahead with it they fitted it same day, I dropped car off 8.20am It must of been done before 12.30pm I picked it up a bit later & they answer all my questions & I even got a free tyre valve cap off them, top marks all round, thank you very much for a good service & keeping my Informed of any work that might be need, I would definitely recommend & come back Cheers!
