Good fast service. Getting in and out of the site can be a bind when the site is busy.
Went in for a tyre change today and had such a great experience! The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was lovely, and Will and Rachel on reception were so welcoming. Rachel’s kind, energetic nature really stood out!! wish we could have a Rachel everywhere providing service like this! Thank you for making the whole experience so pleasant.
This is my favourite place for tyres, I have always done them here. Today, Rachael as always a great service, pleasant conversation, great customer service, professional and straight to the point (no wasting time). They took my car and did the 4 tyres in like an hour, despite there was some kind of problem with the booking and got cancelled on the system. They just did the job anyway and recommend me, informed me, all perfect. Thanks Carl and Rachael. See you next time!
