Took the car for an MOT and had to have some work done on the exhaust for it to pass. The work was quoted and I agreed for it to be done but more work was needed and as they had made a mistake on the initial quote they did the extra work without charging me for it. This, in my opinion, went above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. Car passed the MOT.
Halfords in Congleton undertook my annual MOT with efficiency and courtesy and it took exactly as long as they predicted, allowing me to carry on my day as planned.
Easy booking, friendly service by everyone there, quick turnaround but a good job at a fair price. Even if it's not exactly local to me, well worth it and will definitely be going back.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.
