I went for a wheel alignment a few months ago, as my wheels were slightly misaligned and I had just had brand new tyres fitted. Unfortunately, after visiting this garage, the alignment was even worse than before, and my new tyres (purchased from Halfords) lasted less than two months. Called them up trying to explain I just needed to pick up a tyre and would fit it myself - the guy on the phone was impatient and had an annoyed tone with me, then hung up on me mid-sentence. Extremely unprofessional
Booked an MOT online the day before. Arrived on time (4pm Monday), they took the car immediately, I had it back 45 min later. Pass, no advisories, even let me took pictures of the underside of the car when it was on the ramp. Happy day.
Changed my damaged Michelin 4s under thr additional tyre warranty. The manager was top man, very helpful and sorted my car out quickly. Would recommend
