These used to be great before halfrauds took over. It seems the mechanics have moved on and replaced with halfrauds sourced ones. They didn't want to do the tracking on my Tesla and made a nonsense excuse, I called them out on it, and the guy was quite aggressive talking to me like I knew nothing about them. They refunded, and I went elsewhere, explained what National had said, and we had a good laugh at the nonsense whilst they aligned the front with no issues. I have been overcharged approx £70 pounds when comparing to price online. When I called and asked why such difference the explanation was poor, felt garage person has just wanted to get rid of me from the line. Contacted Halfords CS and has been paid back the difference within 3 days.
