From start to finish, all of the staff have been incredible and had excellent customer service even ; when I picked car up they were great and interacted with my child too when she was in reception ! I felt listened too and everything was quick to book and resolve all in the same day which I appreciated greatly! I highly recommend the team, especially the team at Lowfell, Gateshead! Thanks!
Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Rob after I got mistaken thinking I needed my locking wheel nut key for an MOT, only to be told when I rang up to cancel that I didn't need it! They were very kind and allowed me to show up later in the day after I was too late to make my original time which they absolutely didn't need to do. They then didn't try to upsell and servicing or remedial work after the car failed its MOT which was a pleasant surprise.
Sorted me out on Christmas Eve with no booking when I would've been stuck for days otherwise.
