The booking process is a complete shambles. Whilst the staff try to be helpful, their communication and organisation is very poor. I have been to this garage before, but won’t be returning after this last visit. I was promised in person and over the phone, that a 12PM slot booked via the National Tyres website meant I could wait while the tyres were fitted. Their exact words. I visited the tire garage last year to address a slow air leak in one tire. Following their recommendation, I returned for the replacement of two tires. During my initial visit, a wheel nut was inadvertently damaged, and the car was parked in a way that made it challenging for me to notice. Understanding that such incidents can occur, I did not mind. Booked an MOT and full service, the treatment by a staff member was so disrespectful and blinked, will never go here again. Stay clear if you’re man/woman of colour. Really poor customer service.
