Shocking place I'm down here on a holiday and they wouldn't just fit a tyre takes ten minutes absolutely rude customer service needs shutting down
Centre manager extremely helpful, professional and sympathetic today when we had a two tyre blow out, 120 miles from home, but luckily only 200 metres from the National garage. Also fortunate that we'd taken out the extended warranty on tyres in April, so the cost was a lot lower than it might have been without the insurance. Jamie the mechanic was great too, explaining what had happened to the tyres and making sure that everything was reset so we didn't have any ongoing concerns. Can't thank them all enough. 100% good guys.
Called 4 times and they just kept putting the phone down on me. Very poor service
Booked my car in for a brake safety check after I could hear loud screeching of my brakes,Car needed new rear brakes and discs replacing whilst 350 miles away attending a wedding, got me booked in 1st thing the following working day so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. Very helpful in a bad situation appreciate the help thank you.
Always go above and beyond. Even when an unexpected glitch happened just as we were leaving, nothing worried them. Have forgotten how many vehicles we've taken there. And will go back.
