Poor customer experience Not backup for day to day issues No apology from anyone apart from the staff
I had a slow puncture that Icouldn't find a cause for. These guys took a look at the tyre and showed me that it had been repaired with a plug, even though I'd bought it as new.
Quick and friendly service. I Will use them again.
Recent visit here to sort out my brakes, I was served by Stewart and he was great. Clearly explained the work that was done and was friendly the whole time. Car was dropped off at the AM slot and sorted by midday. Glad to see Halfords as the owners now has made a change
