Booked my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. Between the time I booked and the actual appointment, I found out that I also needed two rear tyres. I phoned the branch who advised me to book online to have the tyres fitted immediately before the wheel alignment. I turned up on time, and they duly fitted the tyres, but the ramp which was used for wheel alignment had another car on it awaiting a part.
