I left my car here for brake pads and discs replacing today. When i came to pick it up they told me brakes are done but they couldn't do my brake fluid because ‘the bonnet won’t open’ which i found abit odd. When i went and checked it myself the handle which is used to open the bonnet was broken and when i asked them about it the man on reception and the mechanic both lied and said it was already broken.
