Booked my car in for an MOT and service and was told when I arrived they had no MOT Tester and couldn’t do the job. Left me with a week to get an MOT done and still waiting on a refund for the deposit I paid. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT STAFF. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a new tyre through the site, so arrive and be told there was a system failure and it's the wrong tyre that was ordered. Was told it would be in for the next day but it would be another £30 ontop of what I'd already paid. booked in for 12.30 the following day. I was working so my partner took the car down for the allotted time to be told the tyre wasn't there yet.
