Jake was very helpful and friendly, even when it was super busy Jake took the time to be polite and friendly. They made sure the tires were fitted correctly and helped when some tyres were out of stock so got be a good alternative. 10/10 would highly rate
Took far longer than expected to replace tire, a month later the wheel comes loose and lug nuts could be turned by hand.
Jake has been amazing helping me deal with my car issues! Managed to get it sorted the next day and was extremely good at keeping me informed. Highly recommend this garage. Thankyou so much Jake and the team for sorting my Mini out and even trying your hardest to get in contact with other garages on my behalf!
