I would recommend National Truck Protection, I would not recommend having James Tatum as your person to take care of your claim. I ask for James to call when I had questions or I email him about questions and he does not respond. This is not very good Customer Service in my book. This the second time I’ve dealt with him and never been happy about how he handles responding to the customers please make a note in my contract. Upon getting everything sent over, NTP warranty was quick in assigning an adjuster and getting our claim complete so that we could get back on the road as soon as possible.
