Normally 0 star. The worst service I have ever dealt with. I worked with Missy and Mandeep, and neither of them provided proper customer service. Missy never informed me that closing my home insurance would affect my car insurance, which shows a lack of care and professionalism toward customers. As for Mandeep, I clearly told her many times by email not to withdraw any payment after closing my service, yet attempts were still made to take money from my account.
