Very hard to get a hold of anyone at this company. I simply wanted to have my son added on my auto insurance policy as an occasional driver. Several attempts to reach my "rep" and having to leave 3 voicemails so far, and 1 other voicemail for another rep that I was transferred to when I told them I could not get in touch. Really frustrating when I need to get something taken care of quickly. Would not recommend. Will be looking for a new broker come renewal time.
My previous broker was Gurmeet, she was so quick in responding phone calls and always provide the best advise.Today I had to change my car and I was calling back and forth to office line,it was very disappointing for me. I wish if there are brokers like Gurmeet mam in office.
They don’t care about their customers I had insurance from Gurmeet and Katherin. I told Gurmeet 10 days before renewal and she told me that she will take care about it.Then 1 day before renewal she called me at 2:30 pm that she got terminated, now you can shop around. I called Katheren many times but she never picked up. Yes,Katheren was at office that day according to their colleagues. Now,because of these people I am paying 900 dollars extra.

They badger you to use their app for a discount. Even though I am in the top 10% of drivers on the app I haven't had any decrease. I emailed and asked why and was told upon my renewal my policy would cost less. I just saw my renewal payments and the cost has increased. I will be canceling my plan.
