In my personal opinion, this company is a total scam. They made two representations to me on the phone: 1) They were the EXCLUSIVE rep of the trade show for travel and 2) they had blocked the rooms and were providing me LOWEST rate possible for exhibitor attendees. BOTH were false. I called them back 3 MONTHS before the trade show date to let them know that they had misrepresented themselves and that I wanted to cancel my reservation. Came here to find exactly these comments! They called claiming to be the partner for the San Diego Convention Center (even thought # is las vegas) and use fear to say - oh no, you should have confirmation by now - today is the deadline. Dont fall for it!
The entire experience working with NTA travel feels like a fraud. From aggressive sales to different attitude to customer before and after paying. Aggressive sales- In Jan when we signed up for xxxTradeshow in Vegas, we keep getting promotional calls from NTA travels. They say they are with the tradeshow and ask for information from us about who is going, when and where we are staying before revealing that they are travel agent.
