Well I had Dave and his crew rebuild a transmission for my truck, I paid 1400 with a 2 yr warranty. I recently took my truck back because of transmission problems.and Dave said bring it back on Saturday which is today and now they're closed for quarantine, .Dave Has been giving me the run around for 3 weeks in regards to fixing my truck. How am I supposed to go to work, how am I to pay my bills with my truck down? They told me to bring my truck in a few weeks ago and then they weren’t answering calls. When they did answer they said they just got the parts to fix it . But why tell me to bring in my truck ?? when you KNOW you didn’t have the parts you’re just letting it sit I could’ve been driving it . It’s Going on almost A MONTH . so we gonna see . Let’s hope the work is worth it and I don’t have to come back a week later . You should keep your customers updated with THEIR vehicles 😊. And honestly they are so rude to females . These guys are awesome!!! My truck needed a new trans and I didn’t have the money at the time. They worked with me and allowed me to take 2 MONTHS to pay them for the trans and OMG! My truck runs like new!! It rides so smooth and it’s very quiet. These guys deserve 10 stars! They do excellent work and they have extreme very good Customer Service!
I called and they said 3 to 4 days it will be done and it been 8 days and they still not finished
