Always the best service and such honestly the best peole at the Salado NTS!
We traded our large trailer for a smaller one for our daughter to use while attending college. We worked with Cody, and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! He made everything smooth and easy. We highly recommend Cody and NTS for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience.
Have to circle back again with this outstanding staff. Again to Mitch in Service/Parts. Went in for an added door latch and, of course, it was in stock and Mitch knew exactly what I needed. THANKS AGAIN NTS SALADO! And Cody, let’s do something on that Cimarron 4 horse! I neglect to post reviews but not this one. From reception to Mitch in service to Cody in sales, this Team is the best. Kudos to Management for giving their people the tools to provide unparalleled customer service.
Received a good deal about a year ago and have just taken the trailer in for some warranty work. Spoke with Mitch and he was very responsive and when we took the trailer to the dealer he was right on top of everything we wanted to be repaired or reviewed. He stated the turn around should only be a week or two. We are so far very pleased.
I’ve been searching for a horse trailer for months and finally found the perfect Lakota bumper pull. Kellye helped me get in touch with Wade and both of them worked tirelessly to get me this trailer. We showed up to the Salado location and were immediately met with smiling faces. Cody and jessica were so friendly and helpful. While we checked out our new trailer, Cody offered to bring his technician over to make any little fixes we needed.
