All I can say is this place has some great people that go above and beyond. I dont write reviews, but this one is necessary. We were on the road headed out of state to pick up our new horse. Out trailer needed a new 7-way power cord. They didn't have one, but Matthew in the service department went beyond measure and made us one. Best part is our trailer was wired weird from the factory, and he took the time on Saturday afternoon to help test and rewire the junction box so everything worked properly. That was service ! I had a great experience with NTS. And I think I tested out all of their services. I traded in an RV, partially financed my purchase and had my trailer custom built. I even bought my gooseneck hitch from them. They nailed it on everything.
Absolutely amazing staff! My salesman Sean kept in contact with me through the whole process of looking for a new trailer and made sure all my needs were met. Although I bought a trailer from a different company, they were still extremely supportive and helpful. Thank you Sean and the National Trailer Source team!
