These folks went above and beyond to help us get our trailer repaired and get back on the road quickly. They answered our call and we're eager to help, we called several trailer places in Ocala and we're either put off or we're told they couldn't help us due to parts issues etc. We're back on the road and headed to VA thanks to NTS!
Joel at ocala location was absolutely AMAZING after having damage from last hurricane. He got in and out on our repairs so we didn’t have to be long without our trailer.
Was shopping around for a Featherlite utility trailer and found that NTS is the closest one to South Florida. Checked out their online inventory and had many back and forth conversations with Kathy. Upon reviewing their selection and carefully analyzing specs, photos, etc, I found the trailer I wanted. Immediately placed a deposit with them. Joel Saucier was great when I had to have storm damaged fixed on my Bison Quick Draw! He kept me informed of when parts where coming in, arranged for me to have the trailer for a weekend use, finished, fixed a few little things I just could not do ESPECIALLY making sure my heater blew HOT air. I would highly recommend! And I WILL be going back when I need service.
