Great quick service on the fly.
Colleen was prompt in responding to my request for an appointment and very helpful. The trailer was completely inspected and anything that was wrong was repaired. Justin reviewed the repairs, with me, and answered all of my questions. Fabulous service and excellent customer care. The trailer looks new!
NRS is a great place to take your trailer for repairs. We break things, sometimes they break on their own, but Colleen gets you scheduled as soon as she can. She is easy to talk to and super friendly! The shop foreman, Justin?, is very knowledgeable, observant and only fixes what needs fixing. No surprises when you pick up your trailer. Just well completed work they stand behind. We hope we do not need another repair but we would take it back to Ft Scott to National Trailer Source.
Great service, very friendly, knowledgeable, easy going with no pressure
Was looking for a livestock trailer and no one in my area has them. Reached out to NTS and was able to have them ship one from another state to their Fort Scott location saving me from an 8 hour trip. Trailer and paperwork was ready when I got there.
